Ansteel, Benxi Iron and Steel and Panzhihua Iron and Steel have a production capacity of 25 million tons, 11 million tons and 10 million tons, respectively, and the combined total production capacity will reach 46 million tons. According to relevant information from Pangang Group, Pangang's vanadium steelmaking plant is currently actively adjusting its product structure, accelerating the pace of heavy rail steel upgrading, and has proposed the goal of building a world-class heavy rail steel production line.
